Regular readers of this blog know that I’m a big fan of New Scientist magazine (April 1, 2009) – their articles are top notch. So it was with much amusement that I read that an Iranian neurologist, Sina Zarrintan, from Tabriz Medical University believes that blood vessel constriction that occurs during ejaculation should also constrict those pesky, swollen, congested blood vessels that line the nasal passages.

Now he hasn’t tested his theory yet but I’m sure he’d have no lack of volunteers who would like to further the cause of medicine. If it’s not a 4/1/09 joke and if it’s proven effective, how should I word that prescription?
