How to Irrigate Sinuses

This is a straight-forward demonstration of a nasal and sinus irrigation for those who are not sure how to irrigate sinuses. In place of special packets of saline solution, use kosher sea salt (no chemicals) or regular table salt (which does have other additives). Nasal and sinus irrigation is recommended during a sinus infection. For those who have chronic allergies, this is another way to minimize sinus infections.
