Who Knew? Circulatory System
How Long Does Blood Take to Make One Complete Circuit?
Blood flows from the right side of the heart to the lungs, where it receives a fresh supply of oxygen, and then back to the left side of the heart where it is pumped out through the aorta to the rest of the trunk and then to the feet and back up again to the right side of the heart. All of this is accomplished in about 1 minute!
